Low Center of Gravity
Our zero-turn spreader sprayer frames feature an ANSI-approved design with a low center of gravity for superior stability, handling, and overall performance. The design places the operator between the drive wheels, with the heaviest components low and centralized, ensuring consistent handling regardless of the amount of material onboard.
Operator Comfort
The revised control layout puts all vital controls on the control panel, in easy reach, while the contoured operator pad increases comfort. The suspended operator platform reduces bumps and vibrations felt by the operator, and the right-side mounted hose reel is easier to access.
Stainless Steel Frame

Bi-Directional Spray Boom
Capable of springing both forward and back, our bi-directional spray boom lessens the chance of catching the boom when maneuvering in tight spaces. Plus, our patent-pending foam marker activation system starts the foam marker and spray pump simultaneously, whether using the toe switch or panel-mounted rocker switch.
Easy to Maintain
With just one annual grease point, Z-Spray machines are designed to virtually eliminate in-season maintenance requirements. The patent-pending flip-up hopper eases hopper cleaning and engine access for service. The patent-pending magnetic operator pad removes quickly without tools for easy access to the spray chart, or for service and maintenance.
Patented Locking Caster Wheels
Our patented locking caster system is a standard feature on all Z-Spray zero-turn machines. It increases stability on hillsides without compromising maneuverability. Simply press the foot-activated lever to lock the caster wheels into place, then press it again to release the wheels, for full zero-turn maneuverability.
New Tank Design
All Z-Spray zero-turn spreader sprayers feature a new tank design that empties more completely, leaving less leftover material. Plus, a tools-free tank drain makes emptying the tank quicker and easier.
